San Diego Zoo

The second day of our trip we returned to Balboa park to visit the zoo.  We were smarter the second day and took the hotel shuttle to the park instead of walking there.  It is a very nice zoo.

Frank took this first picture.  His camera can zoom in closer and he was able to blur out the fencing.

I liked the curvy lines of the flamingoes' necks.

I probably have more pictures of the plants in the zoo than the animals, partly because they were easier to take pictures of.
