Modes of Transportation

Our last two weeks were spent on vacation in Europe. We went to Zurich and Bern in Switzerland, Strasbourg in France and a week of cycling in Germany. Not once did we drive a car. The nice thing about Europe is that it is very easy to get around on the public transportation systems.

Our modes of transportation were:

Plane

Train

Boat

Street car/tram

Subway

Bicycle

Feet

as well as bus, ferry, and "lift".

I took over 1000 pictures with my digital camera. I promise not to put them all on here. But I will be posting some as themes, such as transportation today. I will let you know when Frank puts most of them on our website, if you want to plow through the rest.
