Happy Chinese New Year

Kung Hay Fat Choy! or something like that. This is a picture that my daughter, Anna (she's 9-3/4 years old), drew about a year ago. They are fortune cats. I just love the picture and plan to frame it and hang it up. (Some of you know how slow I am about getting artwork framed and up on the wall!). I hope you enjoy some good chinese food today.

Hey...new post, I was here earlier this morning! Thanks for your comment about the scraps...glad it helped
.... maybe I'll post it to QA, too.

As for framing artwork, one of the best things I did was buy some "frames" from Pottery Barn kids. They come with a narrow plexiglas pocket on the back...just slide the latest artwork inside to swap out masterpieces. I LOVE them...bought two, one for each kid.

OK...just checked, if you go to www.potterybarnkids.com and put ashby frames in the search box, you'll see them... a brilliant idea !

NOW, to attempt to do something other than e-mail (it is 4 pm!) today? Nah... will read my book!
Cheers and thanks for commenting on my blog (you came through as no reply, hence my reply here!)

CHEERs, Sarah
